About this deal

This Fuji 200 Film the ideal choice for superb natural-looking portraits or for just enjoying your analog photography shoots. Fujifilm 200 features enhanced colour reproduction, great sharpness and benefits from a smooth, classic fine grain. I'm sure the C200 will be discontinued at some point soon but until then - it's definitely a nice alternative to the Kodak Gold 200.

Fuji is one of the most famous Japanese global brands - and along with Eastman Kodak - dominated the film photography market for most of the 20th century. Please note: This is an updated emulsion that now replaces the old Fuji C200 Film, FujiFilm C200 film is now discontinued. I've found it to be very good for portraits, landscapes, as well photographing objects at close quarters. We use Royal Mail for the majority of our consignments aside from large and oversized items which many come via an alternative carrier. These MS Optics lenses – in the big picture of things – do quite well I think and are quite charming.

When you want a fine-grained and natural-looking result under mixed daylight conditions, C200 is the ideal choice.

This film is a medium speed daylight-balanced color negative film offering a vivid color palette with accurate skin tones and color reproduction in a variety of lighting conditions. I’m not saying it isn’t average, but I don’t think dismissing as such is the best way to think about it. A reliable general use film that gives you exactly what you expect, with whatever working camera you have, in almost all good light situations, and at low cost. And if you think others will also enjoy or benefit from this film review, help them find it by sharing or pinning. This was one of the first consumer films I ever tried over the pandemic, and it has a very different feel to Kodak films.Instead of degrading it for not being a special colour negative film like a Kodak Ektar 100 or a Portra 400, I like to recognise it for what it is. Fast and easy trade in service ensures your old gear is collected efficiently and you are paid quickly! It used to be available in both 24 and 36 exposure rolls, although the former was discontinued a few years ago. Some of the things that make Fujicolor C200 an average film are the very same things that make it a good choice for your street photography. It’s not like a JCH Street Pan 400, or a CineStill 800T, or a Kodak Ektachrome E100; all of which genuinely are special in their own ways, and are often used to shoot their own specialised kind of photography. Designed for versatility and ease of use, the multi- purpose Superia 200 is an all-around Film perfect for outdoors, or indoors with flash. They mention that it produces lovely colors, has a great contrast range, and a good grain structure. I hope that’s not the case as it would be a shame to lose the already sparse variety in pocket friendly colour film.

A trip to the gorgeous countryside around Yangshuo in southern China would be a good place to see the C200’s green reproduction too. Consumer market films are more forgiving so you can over and under expose a decent amount and still get usable results. When I reviewed Fuji’s Industrial 100 film, I mentioned how its greens and reds were the colours that popped the most. That said, some say that it's a solid reliable colour film and that it offers great value for money.
