I'm now happy to learn that I'm not condemned to spend the rest of my life frustrated with unwanted thoughts and feelings. He explains how thinking in new ways, as well as changing beliefs, can literally rewire one's brain.

As a lecturer and educator, he is driven by the conviction that each of us has the potential for greatness and unlimited abilities. Habits are built through repetition and he urges readers to wash, rinse, and repeat; yet some refuse to do this and then criticize the process and his books because they only saw the results that I had already determined to be the outcome in their minds.Overall, if you have been in this space and are familiar with self growth, there is nothing new and it’s packaged with his variations that you could probably pick up on YouTube as well.

With the detailed explanations it’s helping in understanding my own feelings, thoughts and behaviours. However, if you have the book you will notice that the week by week plan does not match up with the "chapters" on Audible.

For business owners and professionals looking for something more than self-help advice, this book summary offers scientific insights based on neuroscience and quantum physics that explain why certain habits are challenging to break. You do need patience though, as for the first week you should listen to only the first track of the CDs, alternating them day by day. My mom suggested I listen to this because I was in a down place focusing on negative things and let it consume me. The greatest habit you will break is the habit of being yourself, and the greatest habit you will ever create is the practice of expressing the divine through you.

So, are we to spend the 2 hours every day, or are the chapters self- contained and each meditation 35 minutes? it's like the audiobook should have come with a pdf of the tables and charts and pictures he refers to in most chapters! The teachings in his books are enough on their own, they would still be just as fantastic without their quantum science explanation. If you think crystals can heal your body, don’t believe you need vaccines or other modern medicine because the body can perfectly protect and heal itself, or decide who you date or befriend based on their zodiac signs then by all means pick this book up. I heard glowing reviews from several sources regarding this book, and was optimistic that I could learn some scientific reasons to motivate me towards a better self, and breaking some bad habits.
