The body cream is so strong you almost don't need to use another product from the line, but I decided to invest in the body mist to really insure longevity on this scent. I started wearing it when I went to Italy and my guy room mate looked at me curiously as I left the bathroom and goes, "It always smells so good in there when you come out". I wouldn't recommend others to wear this scent to work or in the day though, this just fits perfectly at night.

The new description of this fragrance is "Black Raspberry, Burgundy Rose, Bergamot Incense, Dark Vanilla Bean, Plum Musk".Dark Kiss is less sour of course, not overly sweet like candy - Midnight Fantasy has intense cherry-raspberry sour sweetness, it makes it juvenile. I won't argue that this smells "more expensive than it is", or that it's necessarily "like a designer perfume", because it kind of isn't. While it's been awhile since I've smelled Britney's Midnight Fantasy, I have to say that's exactly what I thought of when I smelled it. It's good lasting power, good sillage, because I can smell her in the lobby of our building when I come in after her. i think this is wearable all year, but maybe too heavy and strong for some people in very hot weather.

I can see why everyone deemed it a night time scent- even though I wore it any time of day, and for some reason, especially in the warm weather. This is a scent to wear on a rainy day/night, autumn evening when the air is filled with a smell of moss, wet leaves, dark berries and late autumn flowers, it’s cold, mysterious and some dark jazz or old school gothic rock plays in your earphones. I can't detect the floral notes, but I suppose the berry + vanilla combo does turn it into something faintly floral. I gotta say — I think the vanilla and the incense (whatever I can detect there) is the redeeming factor of Dark Kiss.I don't get the musk in it at all, which I love, to me it's dark and sweet and sexy, edible lovely darkness! Smells like some sort of cough syrup when you first spray it but it's a nice dark and deep 'purple' berry smell once it dries down! I've never preferred a lotion to an EDT in terms of longevity, but it's definitely the case with these two products.

The blackberry and plum give it a dark juiciness, and the amber and vanilla mix into a sugary cake scent.I cannot imagine myself using up a full bottle of this fragrance, but I sure will use up what little remains in the bottle I received. I only have the body mist in this and I loved this when it first came out, but for some reason now when I spray on it turns to an almost dusty offensive smell on my arm after awhile.
