I really wanted her to explain in more detail about how to determine where you are in your cycle when it's irregular so that you can fast/feast "like a girl" but she gives a very limited description. Mindy will teach you: the rights steps on how to go from eating all day to intermittent fasting (13-15 hours) how to safely fast longer if you choose to do so (15-72 hours) how to time fasting according to your menstrual cycle (although if you dont have a cycle, she has you covered) the best foods to break your fast to achieve better metabolic health This book also includes more than 50 recipes based on the two food plansketobiotic and hormone feastingshe created to best support womens hormones. But I understand that this book is for a non-specialist audience, so if you know absolutely nothing about fasting, nutrition or metabolic health, this book is probably ground-breaking – so kudos to Dr.Mindy's YouTube channel appreciates so much, this will take you on a personalised journey of fasting for women at last. It's one of these books you must have in your library and refer to continuously when attempting to make healthier food choices. I love the food recommendation for helping the healing process, from ketobiotic days, hormone feasting days and gut reset days etc. Mindy helps you to take back control of your health by using the quickest path back to better health―fasting.

It causes a release of both adrenaline and noradrenaline leading to a "fight-or-flight" response which lowers the level of hormone DHEA since they are both produced in the adrenals and have an inverse relationship. A poor condition book can still make a good reading copy but is generally not collectible unless the item is very scarce.
